Project Administrator

Sharonda Brown is the Project Administrator of EagleLIFT, who believes that client attentiveness should be a company’s main priority. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Sharonda ensures incoming contracts and clients are handled with care - starting on the right track.

Before becoming Project Administrator, Sharonda started as an administrative assistant at EagleLIFT in 2017, Shortly thereafter, she took on the role of Call Center Manager, leading a team for scheduling client assessments, lunch & learn presentations, and business development convergence with city and government officials. Outside of the office, Sharonda takes a great interest in creative activities such as photography, graphic design, and illustration.
