Sarah began her career with EagleLIFT in late 2021. Sarah’s background includes over six years in customer service. During four of those six years, Sarah held supervisory and management positions. Sarah’s extensive client and employee relations experience qualifies her to represent the company as our first line of contact. She strives to cultivate a relationship with our clients by creating a positive client experience.
Sarah is responsible for the company’s qualified lead-to-appointment ratio. Her monthly goal is to convert 90% of the qualified leads to assessments. Sarah consistently meets or exceeds her measurable. Her role as a Call Center Representative is to provide top-notch customer relations and create viable opportunities for the Sales Team. Sarah is a mother of two and loves spending her free time with her two young children.
