Over 15 years, Cliff has helped EagleLIFT evolve into the company it is today. In 2006, Cliff visited Don Moody, Owner and Founder of EagleLIFT, in California to pursue an opportunity to grow EagleLIFT’s geotechnical polyurethane business. After being impressed with Mr. Moody’s plans for the company and falling in love with Southern California, Cliff decided to join the team.

Cliff has over 19 years of chemical grout expertise and 15 years of foundation underpinning experience. In 2002, he earned his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in Ontario, Canada and immediately worked for 4 years with a geotechnical polyurethane contractor. Over his 15 years with EagleLIFT, Cliff has helped instill operational and technical training to its Sales and Operations teams to create one of the foremost geotechnical contractors in the Southwestern U.S. In addition to his operational leadership, Cliff worked in collaboration with EagleLIFT’s leadership group to implement a cohesive business plan and systems that have helped EagleLIFT sustain its growth and profitability over his tenure.

Cliff has worked with over 11 different geotechnical polymers in a variety of applications that span across all industrial sectors. He has worked in vast amounts of soil types across North America, and has helped design injection techniques that have helped evolve chemical grout applications globally. He has been a member of CalGeo for 7 years. Most recently Cliff worked directly with the University of California San Diego for liquefaction mitigation using geotechnical polyurethanes.
