EagleLIFT has over 20 years of experience handling complex foundation and soil rehabilitation projects for commercial facilities, transportation departments and companies, seaport, and airport facilities, and multi-family residential buildings. We maintain such high standards by ensuring that each crew holds a daily safety meeting, performs job hazard analysis reports and documents, and discusses all “near misses”. Additionally, all of our units are always completely self-contained. This means that our team holds the full capacity to perform confined space entry. Furthermore, EagleLIFT employs an OSHA instructor, on staff. Our highly qualified OSHA instructor serves as the company’s Safety Officer.
compliance and accountability
To ensure compliance and accountability our company Safety Officer holds weekly company-wide meetings that cover a multitude of topics relating to our safety protocol. The goal of the weekly meeting is to resolve questions, overcome challenges and offer practical guidance as various scenarios arise throughout the work week. The meeting also serves to provide employees industry safety updates and standards.
Our daily tailgate meetings include stretch and flex sessions, and a detailed job layout. These strict measures reduce safety risks, delays and potentially costly injuries for EagleLIFT and the General Contractors and clients we partner with. At EagleLIFT, our top priority is the safety of our employees. Each and every day we aim to send all of our employees home healthy and safe!
